An Addendum

I forgot to mention in my post about what we did for Thanksgiving that true to his heritage, on Sunday Scott used what was left of the Thanksgiving turket to make a killer gumbo. True to my heritage, while the turkey was great on Thanksgiving, the gumbo was so much better.

I just thought that was funny: you can take the boys out of cajun country, but you can't take the cajun out the boys.
