Beginning on that day the tax savings incentive for purchasing a Hybrid vehicle increase significantly. If you buy one now, you receive a deduction in gross income, which is nice but if you wait until 2006, you get up to a $3,500 credit, which is a dollar for dollar reduction of your tax liability.
