For Christmas I Ate...
Christmas Eve:
- Lunch: Seafood Gumbo with shrimp, crab fingers, and oysters, and hot buttered rolls on the side.
- Dinner: Chicken and Sausage gumbo, potato salad and garlic toast on the side.
Christmas Day:
- Breakfast: Biscuits, with butter and jelly; and two scrambled eggs. Half a strip of bacon (I don't really like bacon.)
- Lunch: Smoked turkey, roast beef with rice and gravy, bread roll, veg-all casserole, corn casserole, rice dressing, broccoli soup, potato soup.
- Dinner: Chicken and sausage gumbo, potato salad, bar-b-que ribs.
