...Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I just thought I'd drop a line to let you guys know that I'm still here and I do plan to post much more very soon.



I may have mentioned before that I work as an accountant in a public accounting firm. This means that for most of the year I can pretty much do as I please, but several times a year there are deadlines that alter the pace and demand that I am accustomed to.



With September 15th and October 15th deadlines rapidly apporaching, our little firm is waking up from it's summer slumber that always follows a busy tax season.



Also, Lindsey and I got all new furniture for our house. This has also taken a bit of my time this week, as getting it purchased, moved, and set up in a metropolitan area in which you know no one with a truck is rather difficult.



Finally, my little sister Beth's car was broken into on Wednesday night. Her car stereo and all of her CD's were stolen, so last night she came to hang out with me and I helped her to pick out a new car stereo, and we are replacing her CD collection (which was massive and I must note: impressive) with an MP3 player.



Funny story:



The CD player that was stolen from her car was given to her by me on Sunday. She had it installed on Tuesday afternoon, and the next night it was gone. I bought that stereo about a year and a half ago after my car was broken into and my stereo stolen.



Nothing but savages in this town.
