Advice Wanted

I did something today that I feel really guilty about. I had a bunch of auctions listed on Ebay, and someone e-mailed me to offer one large sum of money to end five of them early and sell to him.



I did it. I did it because the auctions were ending soon, and the amount offered was much higher than I thought the auctions would get.



Did I act unethically? Was it wrong to cancel the bids that were in place already? I feel good about the decision because I wanted to maximize the amount of money I got for the auctions, but I feel bad about not following through with the auctions.



Does anyone have some advice on this?
